The Commonality of Principled Impulses

Every faction of society and business believes that it is the only one that relishes principled living, connection, community and contribution. But despite differing perspectives on politics, very few people, including CEOs and investment bankers want to disempower others, and very few don't want to find a way to drive deeply help core values throughout their lives and work. The paradox lives for them in the incorrect belief that one must choose between financial success and principled performance. But that premise is flawed. In fact--as long as it is LONG-TERM success in question, principled organizations prosper far more.
